Working hard - 15 minutes at a time

"I try to work in 15 minute chunks with no distractions, interruptions. I'll put on my ipod and focus on nothing but the task in hand for 15 minutes. Its amazing how quickly the time can go and how focused on the job in hand you can get. If I'm really 'in the zone' I'll just reset the timer straight away and carry on."
